We are committed to providing and maintaining safe and healthy working conditions, equipment, and systems of work for all employees, associated personnel, and other persons who may be on company premises or affected by our operations. This includes proactive measures to address climate change by integrating sustainable practices into our operations and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements. Our aim is the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, achieved through instruction, training, and supervision as necessary.

In fulfilling this commitment, the company shall:

• - Provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, including safe systems of work.
• - Continually utilize hazard identification and risk assessment processes for effective control of health and safety risks to prevent or minimize injury.
• - Integrate health and safety objectives into individual business objectives at all levels.
• - Provide adequate resources to meet legal and other health, safety, and environmental obligations.
• - Embed health, safety, and environmental requirements at every stage of engagement with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• - Actively address environmental issues by minimizing waste, optimizing resource usage, and implementing sustainable practices within our operations.
• - Continuously review the performance of the OH&S management system and environmental management practices.
• - Encourage dialogue, consultation, and active participation of employees to enhance safety performance and maintain open communication with stakeholders on our safety, health, and environmental practices.

All staff, regardless of their level in the organization, must take reasonable care of their health and safety, the health and safety of others whilst at work, and co-operate fully with the company in all its health, safety, and environmental matters.

This Policy Statement, its commitments, and implementation measures shall be reviewed and updated annually to ensure our objectives are achieved. Any revision will be published by the company and brought to the notice of all employees and other relevant personnel.
